Booking Terms:
These conditions set out the terms that apply for all bookings made with Travel Time Tours ( hereafter known as “us” or “we” ).This site is offered to you, the client, on the condition of your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. These must be read in conjunction with the information and advice, itineraries, rates and supplements provided by us with every reservation made with us, as well as any package holiday we provide. Any other terms will be communicated to clients prior to the confirmation of bookings in writing.
Conditions:
Responsibility :
You must be of legal age (over 18 years) to create binding legal obligations that may cause liability on your part as a result of purchases made on this site online or offline. You accept full financial responsibility for all purchases made on this site.
Surcharges :
Our rates are based on Room only, Breakfast Half board, Full Board, All-inclusive or any given meal plan basis accommodation unless otherwise stated or confirmed. Transfer rates are per person return transfer (Airport to Resort and Resort to Airport). All transfers will be made only from the Airport Island unless otherwise stated or confirmed. All prices are quoted in United States dollars and any fluctuations of prices due to government action or other similar cause may result in a surcharge being imposed.
Our liability to you :
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the services we deliver to you are of the highest standard possible.
Personal injury :
We accept responsibility for the negligent acts and errors of our employees. We cannot, however, be held responsible for any other circumstances that lead to the death, bodily injury or illness of you or any other individual.
Client service :
If you have a complaint or are unhappy with the services provided, please make it known as soon as possible, either to the management of the accommodation, the guide or directly to us. Please provide the fullest details as early as possible. Every effort will be made to arrive at a fair and satisfactory conclusion for the best of all involved.
Part payment or partial payment for an invoice(s):
Payment can only be accepted to be paid partially to any booking or bills invoice or invoices are on a nonrefundable basis. No refund will be made by cancelling the booking, regardless of the booking is out of cancellation period or inside cancellation period of the resort/ hotel booking.
Full Payment :
Guests are permitted to complete the full payment upon arrival in Sri Lanka. The balance amount must be settled on the first day of arrival, prior to the commencement of tour services. Payments can be made in cash or through any other payment method mutually agreed upon in advance. Failure to complete the full payment at arrival may result in delays or cancellation of services without prior notice
Check In Procedure / Hotel Voucher:
Once the booking is confirmed and FULL Payment is received, we will provide you with a confirmation Voucher. You will need to print and present the voucher along with your original Passport to the Hotel reception on arrival at the time of check-in.
Transfers:
All transport services provided by the company are subject to the agreed tour itinerary. Payment for transport services can be settled in full upon arrival in Sri Lanka, together with the tour balance. The assigned driver and vehicle will be available as per the confirmed schedule. Any additional usage, route changes, extra kilometers, or services requested beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged separately and must be paid directly by the guest.
Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages. Guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance prior to arrival in Sri Lanka, covering medical expenses, personal belongings, trip delays, and cancellations. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
Literature and Brochures:
All information provided in our brochures, itineraries, website, and promotional materials is intended for general guidance only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, details such as descriptions, prices, images, accommodation, transport, and availability may be subject to change without prior notice. The company shall not be liable for any discrepancies between published materials and actual services provided.
Third party exclusions:
The company acts only as an intermediary between guests and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, and other suppliers. We shall not be held responsible for any acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, or changes made by such third parties. Any disputes or claims arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.
Dietary requests:
We are not liable for the failure to meet dietary requirements, unless these were clearly stated when booking. We strongly urge everyone to read and agree with the terms and conditions before making any reservation through Travel Time Tours. If you disagree with the Booking Terms and Conditions in any way, please inform us before confirming any reservations with us. Similarly, we reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at anytime. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.
Cancellation Policy
Normal cancellation made by you:
If a cancellation is made by the guest after confirmation of the booking, the following cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total tour cost and depend on the notice period provided prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation must be informed in writing (via email or WhatsApp) to be considered valid. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting all non-refundable costs charged by hotels, transport providers, or other third-party suppliers.
Important
All guests are required to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before confirming the booking. By confirming the tour, guests agree to abide by all policies stated herein. Any special requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to amend itineraries, services, prices, or policies due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or government regulations without prior notice.

THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE, AND OUR PARTNER HOTELS, PROVIDERS OR DISTRIBUTORS, DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (1) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND TITLE TO ANY OF THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON THE SITE; (2) ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (3) ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE USE, OR RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ON THE SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR OTHERWISE.
